Hello! I left on Thursday... on Friday I went to Jon's house super early like I always end up doing... & we caught up on life while waiting for other guests... I like his pretty dog, Tag. We went to Waterworld with Guna & Joe & Marchessa & her friends... sorry I don't quite remember all of their names, Jon has a list on his site...
We went to Waterworld... I got Christina in for free bc of my badge... it was funn. I didn't get darker... & I felt sorta third wheelish but not bc anyone made me feel that way... Marchessa's friends... they reminded me of something familiar... I thought about it today & talked about it with Jenn B... put things into perspective for me sorta.
After Waterworld we went to the mall for dinner & boba... & then Michael, Dru, & Camille met me for Todai!! Yes that was wonderful. Ebi & tempura out the ears man.
Then bad stuff happened that night that I don't want to think about... yes I'll leave it like that, all mysterious like. Okay.
Uhm Saturday... Roo came... the familia went to Walnut Creek & Nordstrom's was having the anniversary sale which was great cause it's so much stuff on sale but it's not great cause it's SO much stuff on sale you know? Yeah... I bought too much. Roo's a bad influence. All telling me that I can pull off pink. I really like my hat tho. I got a matching scarf too that has an embroidered J on it... but Roo picked it up & i haven't seen it since yesterday, pre embroidery.
Then Michael & I went to Aimee's cotillion... quite beautiful. Pretty. Uhhm... Dru sang well! Oh! Highlight of the night... DJs were playing Achy Breaky Heart for the Filipino line dancing which as we all know is quite customary @ cotillions... & then during the part with no music in the background, just Garth, they played Justin Timberlake's I Just Wanna Love You backbeat... country + Justin? How funn! Oh & her little gifty things were pretty damn nifty too.
Worked today. I saw my schedule for next week & bc I'm subbing for Myzen on Sunday, I'm even-ing out my paycheck so it'll be normal. Ha... & they thought they could cut my hours..
Regina, Myzen, & Jenn B (especially Jenn B!!!) made my day today. They brought me smiles... and Jenn provided wonderful conversation as usual. I adore that girl sooo much. She makes me feel worthwhile too. I hope that one day @ work it'll be me, her & Berlinette bonding over snow cones or something again. Yay.
Okay... waiting for Michael to call... I'm sad cause I didn't get to go to his cousin's bday party today bc of work... Happy Birthday Katelyn!
