Hey man. Uhhm... disappointment today. Things didn't turn out the way I'd hoped. At least, as Michael reminded me, it wasn't because I'm not qualified. I just wish... well that's for a much more private talk... and if you ask, maybe I'll confide. Always in need of a friend.

Gilmore Girls right now. Tres amusant. Also trying to finish The Wedding. Just got to the twist towards the end. AWWW. The book makes me feel extra lucky and thankful that I have Michael in my life. Not to say that I wouldn't function in life without him, but my life is much more special and meaningful with him in it.

Classes are going well... so far we've covered the origins of the word "lesbian", watched part of "the fight club", and... hmm. What else... oh how this one ad totally focuses on the chick's ass. Though an unpopular phrase among my peers, I must say it wholeheartedly... I love school. If I won the lotto, I might go to school forever. Just gettin my learn on.

Meanwhile... just trying to find my calling, whatever wherever it may be. Hope that I find it soon. My core will rot with all this free time that I have.

THIS WEEKEND WAS FRIGGIN AWESOME. Yeah, after that great Friday night... I didn't think it'd get better but it was soo... positive and relaxing and just plain funn. With two n's, man.

Saturday me & Michael were flyin @ the seat of our pants... my mom kept calling and told us to come out to Windsor bc my sister & cousin were going to make cameos so we should too... so we did... so my parents took Michael on his first wine tasting experience... apparently he prefers red. Then we went back to the timeshare, walked around, played some pool, watched the USA Men's Basketball team be awarded with Bronze (arrogant -----)... ate dinner, went around "town", went to River Rock Casino, where they wouldnt let me in... then yeah.

On the way home Michael showed me Sonoma State and his old apartment. It was nice... and relaxing... it wasn't as far of a drive as we first thought it was... oh and earlier before leaving, I forgot, Michael bought me some kick ass stamps. Disney fo life.

So then today Michael treated me to lunch @ Pacific East mall, finished with a hella good pandan leaf waffle... I want another one!! Then we watched the men's marathon and the craziness and the sadness of it (just watching guys run for half an hour is intense, man)... and yeah. He left me. I went to church, where the priest talked about the talikling and food and kaluhua pig and it was great! It was like the homily was aimed at me. Then I went back to the dorm, finished up my reading for Tuesday while watching the VMAs.

Stevie Wonder is great. So great. Kanye is cute. And that's West, for those who don't know... how many Kanye's do you know? ("Kanye from Africa").

Mom, Auntie, & Roo are visiting me tomorrow. Hopefully they'll take me to funn dinner someplace.

Pray for me guys, okay?... I don't want to say for what cause then I might jinx it. And I'll be sad to tell you if it doesn't turn out the way I hope.
